Shipping:
Ships everywhere but Israel. The shipping should takes about 2~3 weeks to arrive to your doorstep, but sometime it also takes 4~ 5 weeks or more, depends what area you stay.  If you do not get your items within 45 working days after tracking number is provided, please drop me a message.i usually sent out the items on Sunday(GMT+8), unless it is public holiday so i will sent out on the following Sunday.

Damage/ Defect:
I will wrap your items with bubble wrapped so it won't have any major damage. If any damage or defect there will be no refund or exchange, sorry. There will be no other batch for current items. m(_ _)m
Some of the charms have peeled out the plastic sheet on one side because those are for display from events, some of it have peeled on both sides because the seller of the production did it (i dont know why), but mostly are not peeled. :)If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
